1.What is the program duration of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs?
A: Undergraduate programs: According to the regulations specified in Article 46 of the NDHU academic rules, the program duration in each department is four years. The minimum number of graduation credits is 128. Students who are unable to earn the required credits within the program duration may extend their study periods by two years.
Graduate programs: According to the regulations specified in Article 66 of the NDHU academic rules, the program duration of graduate and doctoral programs in each department is 1-4 years and 2-7 years, respectively. However, students of in-service Master’s programs who are unable to successfully complete all required courses and their thesis within the specified program duration may extend their study periods by two years.
