3.I have already received the manual registration form with the instructor’s signature. Does this mean I am officially registered for this course?

A: ◎The form consists of two duplicates. The first should be pasted on a special form which can be downloaded after logging in the online course selection system by entering the personal student ID number and the password. The second duplicate should be submitted to the unit offering the course.

◎After pasting the duplicate on the special form, the form must be submitted to the home department of the student. The signature and seal of the academic advisor, department dean, and administrative personnel must be affixed to the forms, before they are compiled and submitted to the Curriculum Section by the administrative personnel, which marks the completion of the manual registration and course selection process.
