1.What is manual registration and when can I apply for it? Are there are any restrictions?

A: The term manual registration refers to a special course selection process after conclusion of the online signup process for a certain course during which the course instructor accepts additional students if the classroom capacity allows it

2. The manual signup process usually begins on the third day after the end of the course addition and withdrawal period and ends on the fifth day (national holidays excluded)

3. This process depends on the availability of vacant seats in the classrooms and the willingness of instructors to accept additional students.

Example 1: A total of 50 students have signed up for Calculus during the regular registration process. Since the classroom has a seating capacity of 70, another 1-20 students can manually sign up for this course.

Example 2: A total of 50 students have signed up for Sociology during the regular registration process. Since the classroom has a seating capacity of 50. Since the classroom is already filled to maximum capacity, manual registration is not available.
