A: Undergraduate students in their first, second, and third year download and print out the graduation credit spreadsheet from the Smart Preliminary Graduation Review System (Office of Academic Affairs/Academic Affairs Information System/Registration/Graduation-related Matters/ Smart Preliminary Graduation Review System) to confirm that the graduation credit records for the major, minor, second major, and general education curriculum are accurate. Seniors can upload their curriculum plan year in the first semester and download their Preliminary Graduation Review Form which is submitted to the department for review in the second semester.
