4.Where can I apply for a ranking certificate?

A: Please proceed to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs to fill out the Application Form for Certification Documents (in triplicate) and pay the processing fee at the service counter of Taiwan Business Bank on the first floor of the Administrative Building, then submit your application to the Registration Section together with copies of the admission guides of schools that require ranking certificates as well as their ranking certificate form. Retrieve your certificate within three days.

Alumni and current students who are unable to submit their applications in person may download the Application Form for Certification Documents from the webpage of the Office of Academic Years (NDHU homepage\Administrative units\Office of Academic Affairs\Download Section\Form Downloads\ Application Form for Certification Documents) and mail the filled out form with an enclosed prepaid return envelope and the fees (postal money order payable to National Dong Hwa University) to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs.
