A: Please proceed to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs (fourth floor of the Administrative Building) and use the coin-operated machine to print out your Chinese score report (academic transcripts and score reports for the last semester are available for immediate retrieval)

Alumni and current students who are unable to submit their applications in person may download the Application Form for Certification Documents from the webpage of the Office of Academic Years (NDHU homepage\Administrative units\Office of Academic Affairs\Download Section\Form Downloads\ Application Form for Certification Documents) and mail the filled out form with an enclosed prepaid return envelope and the fees (postal money order payable to National Dong Hwa University) to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs.
